Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Classroom Prompt Builder (the “Service”) operated under the Prompt Anatomy brand. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

The Service is a free, browser-based prompt-building utility for K–12 teachers. It produces text prompts that you can copy and paste into third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. The Service itself does not produce AI-generated content. The prompt builder is free. Optional paid PDF guides may be offered separately as downloadable digital products.

2. Acceptable use

3. Responsible AI disclaimer

4. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Prompt Anatomy, its operators, or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

6. Intellectual property

“Classroom Prompt Builder” and “Prompt Anatomy” are trademarks of their respective owners. The Service’s code, design, and content are protected by applicable copyright laws. You may share lesson prompts you create using the Service. You may not republish the Service itself without permission.

7. Third-party services

The Service links to third-party AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional purchase emails, and other Prompt Anatomy properties. We do not control those services and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

8. Paid PDF guides

Paid PDF guides are one-time digital purchases. Stripe processes checkout and payment details; Prompt Anatomy does not store card numbers. After successful payment, the buyer receives an email with a secure, time-limited download link. If a link expires or delivery fails, contact info@promptanatomy.app from the purchase email address.

Because PDF guides are digital products delivered after purchase, refunds are handled case by case for duplicate purchases, failed delivery, or clear technical problems. Nothing in this section limits rights that may apply under consumer-protection law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Material updates will be reflected on the home page.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@promptanatomy.app.
